Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters in a fast-paced environment. The role welcomes experienced attorneys and those new to corporate practice alike, with opportunities to develop across different areas of business law.

You will review contracts, provide legal guidance, help shape policies, research questions, and collaborate with management and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and valid license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in corporate law is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work with different areas of business law.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
