Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Employment Practices Counsel to provide in-house legal services focusing on labor and employment practices. You will lead and consult with location management on development and execution of positive employment practices and corporate policies, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel.

This role requires travel and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes training, policy interpretation, and collaboration with Labor Relations Counsel, with a focus on risk

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor Degree and bar admission.
• At least 2 years of full-time relevant legal experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Consult with management on policy interpretation and compliance issues; liaison between field management and Deputy General Counsel.
• Deliver training for supervisors, managers, and HR staff on corporate policies and employment law topics.
• Conduct employment practices audits and investigations with written summaries and recommendations.
