DNOW is seeking a Corporate Counsel to perform a variety of legal and regulatory tasks under the direction of the DNOW legal department. This role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and enforcing contracts across domestic and international markets, including distributor, master service and real estate agreements, while ensuring compliance with DNOW standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate domestic and international contracts across energy sectors and supply chain services.
• Support negotiation, drafting, and enforcement of Distributor, Master Service, Master Vendor, and Equipment Sales Agreements, as well as real estate transactions.
• Advise and counsel across DNOW, including foreign subsidiaries, on revisions and compliance with DNOW standards.
