Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the U.S. accounting team and offshore BPO, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls and disciplined operations.

The role reports to the CFO and aligns with Groupe policies. The candidate will own the general ledger, close processes, and comprehensive P&L/balance-sheet reviews, while driving process improvements across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting and controllership with multi-process teams.
• Experience leading shared-services or BPO models.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.
• Experience leading close and reporting in multi-site or multi-entity environments.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation.
• Excellent executive communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger, close, reporting, and intercompany accounting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with timely, accurate results.
• Oversee onshore/offshore accounting organization and governance.
• Manage internal-control framework and coordination with audits.
• Drive ERP, workflow and automation improvements to strengthen controls.
• Coach and develop the accounting team and partner with CFO and other functions.
• Support treasury, tax coordination and other CFO priorities as needed.
