Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the U.S. accounting organization under the CFO. You will own the general ledger, close process, and reporting, while aligning with IFRS and US GAAP policies.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams, drive process improvements, ensure strong internal controls, and coordinate audits. This role requires strategic partnership with Finance, Operations, and Groupe Finance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with active CPA.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience, including leadership of managers and multi‑process teams.
• Experience leading shared-services, outsourced or BPO models across onshore and offshore.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, audit and balance-sheet governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger, record-to-report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close and deliver complete, accurate results within deadlines.
• Drive onshore/offshore accounting leadership and BPO governance with clear roles and escalation paths.
• Own internal-control framework, audit coordination, and remediation across entities.
