Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accurate financial reporting, internal controls and disciplined accounting operations. Reporting to the CFO, the role directs the U.S. accounting team and offshore BPO partners as one integrated function.

You will own the general ledger, close the books monthly, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and drive process improvements, standardization and automation across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Active CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore accounting teams with clear roles and governance.
• Own the general ledger, close, reporting and variances with rigorous controls.
• Ensure US GAAP, IFRS compliance and effective internal controls.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardization across sites.
• Coordinate audits and align with Groupe Finance priorities.
