Job summary

DeepInfra in Palo Alto seeks a Corporate Controller to own accounting, reporting, and financial operations for a high-growth AI infrastructure company. You will build an auditable foundation across revenue, expenses, and assets, partnering with engineering and treasury to scale systems and processes for enterprise-grade finance.

You will lead a team, drive policy development, and ensure compliance while enabling rapid product innovation and scale.

Qualifications

8+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP including ASC 606 and ASC 842.
Experience consolidating across entities, jurisdictions, or currencies.
Audits and scalable internal controls experience.
Infrastructure accounting experience with fixed assets, leases, CapEx.
Systems builder capable of ERP implementations and data integrations.
Builder mentality: proactive problem-solving in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

Own the global close process and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and close cycle time.
Partner with Engineering to automate reconciliations between Stripe, invoicing, metered data, and deferred revenue schedules.
Establish accounting policies for infrastructure spend (GPUs, data centers, power, compute capacity).
Lead audits and manage tax filings across US states and international jurisdictions.
Oversee ERP implementation/migration and integration of billing and payroll systems.
Oversee cash management and banking relationships, plus accounts payable.
Design and enforce internal controls and governance for SOC readiness.
