Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of Accounting and Financial Operations.
• Experience leading a Controller role in a rapidly scaling company.
• Deep US GAAP expertise across revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensation, and complex arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounting and Financial Operations end to end, including close, reporting, payroll, equity, cash management, AP, billing, and collections.
• Lead external audits and develop policies, controls, and operating disciplines for public-company readiness.
• Build and evolve the accounting technology stack, ERP implementation, and financial systems.
