Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function across a multi-entity, global operation. You will own the close, intercompany, and tax processes, partnering with FP&A and the CFO to drive strategic outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role in a hybrid environment, building institutional-grade infrastructure, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and decision-making, and preparing the business for potential future liquidity events.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and 15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience, with proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-national structures, including intercompany, consolidation and transfer pricing.
• Ability to build and scale a controls environment with public-company readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the close process: monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with accurate, timely reporting.
• Oversee AR, AP, billing, payroll, tax, and treasury to maintain liquidity and working capital.
• Lead global tax compliance and external audit readiness; build scalable AI/automation in accounting workflows.
• Partner with FP&A and CFO to drive strategic decision-making and M&A accounting support.
