Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of contract administration or paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Word skills.
• Experience with contract templates and document management.

Responsibilities

• Create contract proposals and amendments as requested by sales field members with accuracy.
• Enter contract requests in master log to track activities.
• Enter all deal specifics into SAP and communicate details to other departments.
• Liaise between sales organizations and align contracting efforts on corporate agreements.
• Resolve questions from internal customers and escalate issues to legal.
• Maintain electronic and physical files and assist in contract management software.
• Maintain contract templates and participate in template reviews.
