Chaplains visit worksites regularly, offer confidential discussions, assist with grief support, and coordinate referrals. This remote position emphasizes accessibility and responsive ministry aligned with Christian values.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting and respect diverse beliefs.
• Skills to listen, interact with clients and families; deliver community presentations; handle stressful situations.
• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian values; biblical understanding.
• Diplomacy and exceptional customer service with diverse groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication; maintain composure in emergencies.
• Analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with Google Suites and Microsoft Office; adapt to new tech.
• Must have active state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Unfold faith, mission, and purpose within the workplace.
• Visit worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• May assist in funerals and grief support.
• Coordinate with clients to refer specialized assistance.
• Support new employee orientation about Employee Care Service.
