Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Business Systems Analyst, Corporate Cards Systems Officer in Honolulu, HI, on a hybrid contract-to-hire basis. You will serve as the technical SME for Commercial Card platforms, manage system ownership, and drive improvements across reporting, analytics, and automation.

The role requires strong business systems knowledge, experience with enterprise applications, and the ability to coordinate across vendors, business partners, and technology teams to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications or enterprise platforms.
• Strong system administration and application support experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating operational reports and analyzing business data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME and system owner for Commercial Card platforms and related applications.
• Manage implementation, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of department systems.
• Provide technical support for internal teams and corporate card clients.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Create and enhance reports to monitor portfolio performance, profitability, risk, and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Define project specifications, timelines, and implementation plans; collaborate across business and tech functions.
