Job summary

Wall Street Prep is seeking a Corporate Banking Instructor to design and deliver hands-on training for professionals in corporate banking, credit, and relationship management. You will lead sessions, create case studies, and tailor curricula for varied client programs.

This part-time, project-based role offers both in-person and virtual delivery. The ideal candidate has direct corporate banking experience, a strong background in financial analysis, and the ability to translate practitioner

Qualifications

• Significant firsthand experience in corporate banking, corporate credit, lending, or corporate relationship management.
• Strong grounding in financial statement analysis, cash-flow forecasting, working capital analysis, leverage and debt service capacity.
• Working knowledge of the corporate banking product suite (revolving credit facilities, term loans, syndicated lending, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver live in-person and virtual training seminars to corporate banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate on curriculum development, incl. designing agendas, learning outcomes, case studies, and assessments.
• Coach participants through realistic credit and client scenarios and provide actionable feedback.
