Job summary

Training The Street LLC is seeking part-time instructors to lead hands-on financial modeling and valuation training for corporate and academic clients across North America and Europe. Instructors deliver virtual or in-person sessions, collaborating with development coaches and client managers while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA required.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, equity research, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills, especially in valuation and financial modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with constructing financial models.
• Comfort with AI tools and their impact and use cases in financial services.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
• Team player and active listener; teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive in-person or virtual training programs for top investment banks, consulting firms, and business schools.
• Work with instructor development coaches to learn TTS content, systems, and delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with client relationship managers to identify and meet client needs.
• Book and manage travel as needed.
• Deliver 15-80 days of training per year, with most deliveries June–August.
• Edit and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Develop new course content tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to internal and client-facing thought leadership.
