Job summary

Wall Street Prep is seeking a Private Banking Instructor to design and deliver practical skills training for private banking and wealth management professionals. You will translate industry experience into engaging instruction on prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, and long-term relationship management.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in private banking or wealth advisory, plus strong presentation and coaching skills, with flexibility for in-person and virtual engagements,

Qualifications

• Significant firsthand experience as a private banker, relationship manager, wealth advisor, or similar client-facing professional serving HNW/UHNW individuals.
• Strong product knowledge of private banking products (discretionary/advisory, lending, wealth planning, trusts).
• Fluency in consultative/needs-based selling approaches (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
• Grounding in trusted-advisor behaviors, objection handling, fees/negotiation, cross-selling & client retention.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, storytelling, and coaching skills.
• Comfort teaching active listening, nonverbal communication, cultural adaptability and executive presence.
• Familiarity with ethical and compliant sales practices in wealth management.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead live in-person and virtual training seminars for private banks and wealth managers.
• Cover topics: prospecting, needs-based discovery, solution presentation, and relationship management.
• Collaborate on curriculum design, case studies, role plays, and assessments.
• Develop blended learning materials for audiences from new hires to desk heads.
• Coach participants through realistic client scenarios with actionable feedback.
• Ensure training aligns with ethical, compliant sales practices.
