USA Job Function Description: Responsible for client relationships, including attracting and retaining new clients and strengthening current relationships. Activities include maximizing cross-sales opportunities through customer profiling with the ultimate goal of cultivating interest in other business banking products. Provides support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer services. Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Resolves and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products. Makes presentations to potential clients and contributes to the achievement of sales targets. Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:Serve as the primary contact for client group, developing and driving opportunities to sell the banks products and servicesDeliver specified budget and financial metricsActs as a liaison with the client, client coverage team, credit and other business partners, including subsidiary bankers and product sales across regions to help deliver the firm to the client.Supports ad hoc requests from clients, interacting across internal stakeholders.Assists with ensuring assigned client portfolio is kept current with all aspects of the firm’s KYC/AML requirements.Monitors credit exposure across the family relationship and partner with Credit Risk on credit related asks.Manages due diligence, credit, coverage, reference data and other requirements resulting from corporate actions.Participates in client planning activities and client calls.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
