We’re looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Capital Markets team as we experience high growth. You will work alongside our SDRs and Capital Leads to identify and engage companies looking to raise debt capital, sell those borrowers our services, and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth deal execution. This is a rare opportunity to make a direct impact on business strategy and growth, working directly with Arc’s entire executive team.

What You'll Accomplish Here

  • Perform 40+ daily activities across email, phone, and LinkedIn daily to target qualified CFOs and CEOs at companies likely to need Arc’s capital markets solution.
  • Conduct 15+ prospect meetings per week in coordination with our SDRs and partners.
  • Create 10+ qualified opportunities per week in coordination with our SDRs and partners to sell banking and capital markets.
  • Lead client calls, take notes, and own part of the client follow up communications.
  • Draft bespoke client proposals, propose pricing, and create assets to reinforce your sale.
  • Send, negotiate, and execute Engagement Letters with Borrowers.
  • Partner with Capital Leads who manage the debt placement process once a contract is signed, and ensure continued momentum on the deal.
  • Improve the RM motion by helping document key processes, improve forecast, and increase sales velocity.
  • Constantly learn about debt products and sales methodology alike.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in a client facing commercial banking role or quota carrying sales role.
  • Professional experience in finance and lending.
  • Ability to “wear multiple hats” as a team player in order to prioritize the dynamic business needs of a high-growth organization.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.
  • Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
  • Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
