Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Analyst to join the Relationship Management team in the Consumer and Retail Division and provide support to the business growth of our Corporate Banking customers in this industry sector. As an Analyst and member of our team, you will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) in support of the team’s business development efforts to market U.S.

Bank’s full suite of products. You will also coordinate with Product Partners to help facilitate transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Up to one year of banking or related finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides support including industry research and maintaining internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, Salesforce reports, etc.
• Prepares marketing materials for client meetings and prospect acquisition, coordinating with product areas, as well as other activities as identified/directed by the RMs
• Executes pricing models and compiles information for the credit approval process
• Conducts due diligence and financial analysis on clients to determine long term financing solutions and cross-sell opportunities
• Consolidates a weekly report highlighting trends in the capital markets
• Works on special projects analyzing industry trends & challenges and other areas as directed
