Job summary

Bank of China in Flushing, NY seeks a Queens Branch-Business Development/Corporate Business Section Associate to support SME and corporate banking growth. You will analyze loans, prepare recommendations, and assist managers with risk and post-lending tasks.

The role requires bilingual Mandarin/English and solid MS Office skills. The position focuses on expanding the client base, coordinating onboarding, underwriting, post-lending management, and cross-selling products while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of general corporate and commercial banking and lending experience.
Moderate knowledge of financial analysis and credit underwriting (primarily CRE lending).
Sound knowledge of due diligence, regulatory and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand the branch's corporate banking and lending activities.
Underwrite loan businesses and draft credit recommendations for committee approval.
Coordinate post-lending monitoring, collect financials and reports, and manage risks.
Maintain client relationships and cross-sell corporate products and services.
Ensure compliance with BSA/KYC and internal risk policies.
