Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a corporate banking professional to provide client coverage for mid to large cap private and public companies, focusing on corporate finance, capital markets, and treasury/payments solutions. You will maximize client engagement and use Truist’s full product suite with guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities include supporting new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution; drafting materials; and mentoring Analysts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Licenses: Series 7/79, 63.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, markets and products.
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for complex models.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and relationship skills.
• Solid analytical and sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support new business development, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Under supervision, prepare documents, market materials and client interactions.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, investors and senior professionals daily.
• Contribute to internal client management duties as directed.
