Job summary

The role requires a BA/BS, Series 7/79/63 licenses, 4+ years of related experience, strong financial modeling and leadership, plus excellent communication. Base salary is $175,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Licenses: Series 7 or 79, 63.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, markets, and financial products.
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for complex modeling.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management.
• Analytical and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise, manage and underwrite IPOs, follow-ons, equity-linked offerings, ATM offerings, private placements and buybacks.
• Lead by sector vertical pods; MDs/directors supervise with VP/analysts.
• Provide client coverage banking services: corporate finance, capital markets, treasury and payments.
• Support new business development, due diligence and transaction execution.
• Draft internal/external documents and marketing materials; coordinate with clients and attorneys.
• Mentor Analysts or Interns and build cross-functional relationships.
