Job summary

The base salary is $175,000 with a comprehensive benefits package; licenses (Series 7/79/63) and extensive product knowledge are required, alongside leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred for finance focus.
• Licenses: Series 7 or 79, 63.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, market, industry sector, and financial products.
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts for building or reviewing financial models.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Under limited supervision, draft internal/external documents and marketing materials and coordinate with clients, attorneys, investors, and senior professionals.
• Mentor Analysts or Interns and build cross-functional relationships within CIB.
• Additional internal client management duties as assigned.
