Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate I to support a portfolio of middle-market and commercial clients. You will conduct financial analysis, help develop client pitches, and coordinate treasury, lending, and capital solutions under guidance.

You will partner with Relationship Managers to source opportunities, maintain CRM hygiene, and advance client relationships through timely follow-ups and coordinated teamwork within defined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of related financial services experience.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Source industry and company research to refine prospect lists in coordination with the coverage team.
• Develop standard pitch materials and compile industry/economic data.
• Evaluate client financial performance through review of financial statements, cash flow and KPIs.
• Prepare talking points and contribute to internal calls; may present sections with guidance.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline activity; follow defined SLAs.
