Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters, welcoming experienced and newer attorneys aiming to build corporate experience.

You will review contracts and other business documents, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and collaborate with management across departments while maintaining organized records. This role offers growth opportunities in corporate law.

Qualifications

• Law degree and licensed to practice law.
