Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience across practice areas.

You will review contracts, provide guidance, help with policies and compliance, and collaborate with management. Salary range is $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience.
