Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company on legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will review contracts, provide general guidance, assist with policies and compliance, and collaborate with management across
