Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support a range of legal and business matters. The role welcomes both experienced and newer attorneys, with opportunities to build corporate law skills across departments.

You will review contracts, provide general guidance, assist with policies and compliance, and perform legal research as needed. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
