Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. You will review contracts, provide guidance on company matters, help with policies and compliance, conduct legal research, and collaborate with management and other departments.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
