Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. This role welcomes both experienced attorneys and those building corporate experience.

You will review contracts, provide guidance on business issues, and help maintain compliant policies and records. You will collaborate with management and other departments to address legal questions, research issues, and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work in different areas of business law.
