Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with a broad range of legal and business matters.

This role welcomes experienced and newer attorneys, with emphasis on learning across corporate law areas and collaborating with management to ensure compliance and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with reviewing and drafting documents; proficient with computers.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
