Job summary

Gaude Solutions is looking for a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different areas of law are encouraged to apply. Salary Range: $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Hold a law degree and be licensed to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn across business law areas.
