Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. The role welcomes experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate experience.

You will review and prepare contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and research legal questions as needed. Collaboration with management and other departments is essential, with emphasis on organized legal records and routine contract matters.
