Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support business matters and contracts in Little Rock, AR. The firm welcomes seasoned attorneys as well as newer lawyers looking to build corporate experience.

You will review contracts, provide guidance on company policies and compliance, and collaborate with management and other departments. A broad willingness to learn across business law is valued, with a strong benefits package.
