Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company on legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience. Attorn­eys from various areas are encouraged to apply.

The role involves reviewing contracts, providing legal guidance, helping with policies and compliance, and researching legal questions as needed. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Comfortable with documents and computers
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required
