Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company on legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary range is $105,000 to $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, retirement plan options, professional development, CLE support, and career growth

Qualifications

• Law degree and licensure to practice in relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with legal documents and computer usage.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn across business areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
