Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, assisting with policies, compliance, and documentation, and researching legal questions as needed. This role involves collaboration with management and other departments to maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
