Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. You will review and prepare contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation, research legal questions when needed, and work with management across
