Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. The role welcomes experienced attorneys and newer ones looking to build corporate experience, with opportunities across different areas of business law.

The candidate will review and prepare contracts, provide general legal guidance, assist with policies and compliance, and work with management across departments. A law degree and license are required, with a competitive salary range.
