Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters in a full-time capacity. The role welcomes experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate legal experience, with opportunities to work across different legal practice areas.

The position involves reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, supporting policies and compliance, and maintaining organized records. A valid law degree and license are required.
