Job summary

Gaude Solutions is looking for a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar license required or actively pursuing license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
