Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. The role welcomes experienced attorneys as well as newer ones looking to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and maintain organized records. The position offers growth opportunities and collaborative cross-functional teamwork across management

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree and valid license to practice law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and draft corporate agreements and policies.
