Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (buy and/or sell side), commercial agreements, corporate finance, private equity, tax (deal structure, organizational structures, partnership), entity selection and formation, and general corporate matters.
• Experience with formations in connection with real estate investments, real estate-secured financings, and other commercial real estate transactions is desirable.
• Licensed to practice law in Idaho (or eligible for admission by reciprocity).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
• Strong drafting and analytical capabilities.
