The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Corporate Partner to join its national Private Equity and Corporate practice, with the flexibility to operate from any of its 34 US office locations.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of corporate/transactional experience, a JD from a ranked law school, and deep expertise in M&A, private equity and corporate governance, plus strong business development and portable client relationships.
