Our client, a premier midsized firm with a sophisticated and active corporate practice, is seeking an Associate with 4-to-7 years of corporate experience to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have meaningful M&A and corporate governance experience developed within a comparable corporate practice. The firm values associates who anticipate what needs to happen next and are ready to take ownership of their work. Experience drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents, managing deal processes and advising clients on corporate, structural and governance matters is required.

Associates are given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to assume a larger role in transactions. Strong judgment, communication skills and intellectual curiosity are essential. Experience with venture capital, securities, joint ventures and entity structuring is also preferred.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Compensation: $200K-to-$250K+, accompanied by a liberal bonus and outstanding comprehensive benefits package.
