Job summary

Clevanoo LLC in Tysons, Virginia seeks a motivated Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Transactions Attorney with 5-8 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, governance, and commercial contracts.

You will support transactions from due diligence through closing, draft and negotiate agreements, and advise on day-to-day corporate matters while collaborating with partners across the firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Virginia Bar membership.
• 5-8 years of corporate transactional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions from inception through closing, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor/customer contracts, etc.).
• Support general corporate counseling and day-to-day business matters.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys, clients, and professionals in a team-oriented environment.
