Job summary

Candidates should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, strong drafting and communication skills, and the ability manage multiple transactions with senior partner oversight.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 3-8 years of M&A experience at a law firm.
• Experience supporting middle-market M&A transactions.
• General corporate law experience is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage associate-level deal responsibilities with appropriate partner oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Admission to practice in at least one applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission).
