Job summary

Rees Broome, PC is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Transactions Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join our Virginia team in Tysons.

You will support M&A transactions from inception through closing, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide corporate counseling, and collaborate closely with clients and colleagues in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing of the Virginia Bar or eligible to waive in.
• 5-8 years of experience in a corporate transactional practice, preferably with a law firm.
• Strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements).
• Support general corporate counseling and day-to-day business matters.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Transactions Attorney with 5-8

years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background with a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, entity formation, corporate

governance, commercial contracts, and private financings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support M&A transactions from inception through closing, including due diligence,

drafting, negotiation, and closing documentation.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service
• Support general corporate counseling and day-to-day business matters.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys, clients, and professionals in a team-oriented
