We are seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join a sophisticated business and transactional practice representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, investors, and established middle-market businesses through all stages of growth.

This role will involve a broad mix of general corporate, M&A, venture capital, securities, governance, and commercial transaction work.
