Job summary

Gyoury-Hales Search seeks a Corporate Associate (1-3 years' experience) to join a premier corporate practice in Los Angeles. The role offers exposure to sophisticated transactional work, including M&A, with close collaboration alongside seasoned practitioners and corporate clients from inception to closing.

You will support deal lifecycle activities, perform due diligence, draft and negotiate documents, and assist in structuring, closing prep, and post-closing matters while managing multiple

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of corporate transactional experience with a law firm.
• Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced practitioners and corporate clients on complex transactions from inception through closing.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation package
