Our client, an established mid sized law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney to support its transactional practice. The position offers exposure to complex business transactions and direct client interaction in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and transactional documents, including purchase agreements, governance instruments, and related contracts.

• Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to ensure timely completion of transactions.

• Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters as needed.

• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality work product.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related corporate transactional work.

• Proven drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Strong communication and relationship management abilities, with regular client and counterpart contact expected.

• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Additional Information

• Billable Hours: 1,800 annually.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary, generally within the low to mid $200,000 range.

• Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, disability, and insurance coverage; paid vacation and sick leave; and annual business development allowance.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with up to three remote workdays per week permitted.
